What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our membership application, contact form, and newsletter sign-up: your name, email address, phone number, location, professional details, and anything you choose to write to us.
How we use it
We use your information to review your membership application, to communicate with you about the association, and to operate the directory and the events you register for. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Membership applications are visible only to the board and the Membership Committee. Directory listings are visible to members, and only include the fields you agree to publish.
Retention
We keep applications for as long as you remain a member and for three years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@tanba.org. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
